1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DBizWorld website (dbizworld.com) and any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the service.
2. Services Offered
DBizWorld provides professional website design and development services including but not limited to:
- Custom business website design and development
- Mobile-responsive web design
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) setup
- Website hosting and maintenance support

Services are subject to availability and may change at any time without prior notice.
3. Payment Terms
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- A minimum 50% advance payment is required to begin any project. The remaining balance is due upon delivery before the website goes live.
- Accepted payment methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, and other methods as mutually agreed upon.
- All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as specified in the Refund Policy below.
4. Project Timelines & Delivery
Estimated project timelines are provided in good faith and are subject to the timely receipt of required content (text, images, logos, etc.) from the client. DBizWorld shall not be held liable for delays caused by:
- Delayed content or feedback from the client.
- Scope changes requested after project commencement.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, internet outages, etc.).
5. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for the project.
- Supply all necessary content (text, images, branding) in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all content provided does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Provide timely feedback within the agreed review windows.
- Pay all dues as per the agreed payment schedule.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all design work and website code created for you becomes your property. However, DBizWorld retains the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio for marketing purposes, unless a written request for confidentiality is made. Any third-party tools, fonts, or plugins used in the project are subject to their respective licenses.

DBizWorld shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
